STONEFIELD aims to make your shopping experience easy. We've made it easy for you to find answers to Frequently Asked Questions.
- If you are not satisfied with your order we are happy to offer you a full refund for the value of the product, less any taxes or import duties during delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unmarked with all packaging and garment tags still attached.
- Upon receipt of goods, we encourage customers to inspect items thoroughly before removing and disposing of labels and original packaging. We cannot accept any returned items without its original packaging and labelling.
- You must request a return within 14 days from the time that your item(s) shipped. In order to request a return, please use our Contact Us form.
Please note that upon receipt of the goods, Stonefield reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements. Returns received in worn condition will not be refunded, and will be directly returned to the purchaser.
You can send your returns by post or courier to our warehouse address which is provided below. Please pack and seal your box securely, in the original packaging if possible. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase included with the item(s) being returned. We recommend that you insure your package and use a carrier that provides a tracking number as until the parcel is received in our warehouse, the goods remain your responsibility. All sale items are final sale and therefore are not eligible for return or exchange.

Once your returned items are inspected at our warehouse, it will take us typically 48-72 hours to process the return.
Refunds should post in your account 3-5 working days later. However, please note that these times are estimates and can change during busy periods.
