STONEFIELD offers free shipping on all orders $150 or more. Orders below $150 will incur a flat rate ground shipping fee of $7.95. Expedited shipping is also available at an additional cost.
Currently, we do not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday, or U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on these days will ship the following business day.
Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days. Expedited Orders placed Monday through Friday before 12pm Pacific Time will ship the same day. Please note that during high order volume orders may take 2 to 3 additional days to process.
STONEFIELD is able to ship to all 50 states. Please note we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and U.S. Territories.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 72 hours for your tracking number to update. Please note that STONEFIELD is not responsible for any shipping delays due to weather delays, holiday peak volume, and/or other interruptions with the delivery service providers. We apologize in advance for any inconveniences that may occur.
Unfortunately, STONEFIELD does not offer international shipping at this time.

  • If you are not satisfied with your order we are happy to offer you a full refund for the value of the product, less any taxes or import duties during delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unmarked with all packaging and garment tags still attached.

  • Upon receipt of goods, we encourage customers to inspect items thoroughly before removing and disposing of labels and original packaging. We cannot accept any returned items without its original packaging and labelling.

  • You must request a return within 14 days from the time that your item(s) shipped. In order to request a return, please use our Contact Us form.

  • Please note that upon receipt of the goods, Stonefield reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements. Returns received in worn condition will not be refunded, and will be directly returned to the purchaser.
You can return an item for any reason within 14 days after shipment. In order to request a return, please use our Contact Us form. Items must be unworn, unwashed, free from marks and retain all original packaging and labeling. Please note that we cannot process returns for items purchased in store or from other retailers.

You can send your returns by post or courier to our warehouse address which is provided below. Please pack and seal your box securely, in the original packaging if possible. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase included with the item(s) being returned. We recommend that you insure your package and use a carrier that provides a tracking number as until the parcel is received in our warehouse, the goods remain your responsibility. All sale items are final sale and therefore are not eligible for return or exchange.

You will need to cover the cost of returning the item to us. Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will reimburse the shipping costs of your item only if it is faulty and only after you notify us before shipping.

Once your returned items are inspected at our warehouse, it will take us typically 48-72 hours to process the return.
Refunds should post in your account 3-5 working days later. However, please note that these times are estimates and can change during busy periods.

StonefieldCo.com does not process exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, we advise that you place a new order for the item you wish to exchange while we refund your returned item(s).
